Job summary

Enerpac Tool Group Corp. is seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to support a US sales region, handling direct customer support, pricing and order issues, credits, and returns. You will work with distributors, field sales, and operations to optimize the customer experience and resolve cases in Salesforce.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, in-office Monday–Thursday with Friday optional WFH, Columbus, WI. Primary duties include mastering Oracle ERP for commercial functions, providing pricing support,

Qualifications

• Associate degree in business, sales, or similar field.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; or 5+ years in Sales, Sales Support or Customer Service.
• Experience with Enerpac and Oracle is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Become an expert in Oracle ERP for commercial functions (order management, pricing, availability, accounts, ship-to data).
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints or escalations related to orders, pricing, invoices, and shipments.
• Collaborate with operations, supply chain, and product teams to resolve delays and expedite long-lead items.
• Process customer credits/debits and inventory stock return adjustments per policy; resolve order discrepancies.
