Job summary

Zoetis is seeking a Sales Operations Business Partner to shape US incentive strategies and drive data-informed decisions for the US Sales teams. You will guide analysts, develop hypotheses, and build tools to support incentive recommendations aligned with BU goals.

You will design compensation programs by category, define KPIs, and present executive summaries to BU leadership, helping to ensure payouts and forecasts align with strategic targets.

Qualifications

MBA or equivalent with strong business strategy focus.
Strong analytical mind and understanding of key business drivers.
Experience with data visualization tools and analytics.

Responsibilities

Develop programs driving behaviors to achieve US business objectives.
Lead relationships with BU leadership to align with strategy.
Participate in annual planning, shaping incentive design and targets.
Design compensation programs by category with clear targets and reporting.
Measure KPIs, define insights, and report attainment vs targets.
Collaborate with Analytics to track performance and dashboards.
Present executive summaries to BU leadership with insights.
Lead annual quota setting and payout discussions.
