Job summary

Zoetis, Inc. in Parsippany, NJ is seeking a Sales Operations Business Partner to shape rewards, compensation and incentive strategies for the US Sales teams.

You will guide analysts to develop hypotheses, tools and analyses that support data-driven incentive recommendations aligned with US business unit goals. You will design compensation programs, lead annual quota setting, and build dashboards to track attainment.

Qualifications

• MBA or similar qualification with strong emphasis on Business / Business Strategy required.
• Strong analytical mind and in-depth understanding of key business drivers.
• Strong business acumen, influencing skills, strategic thinking, project management and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop robust programs that drive actionable behaviors from the Field Force to meet US Business objectives.
• Develop relationships with BU leadership to align incentives with strategy and annual planning.
• Design compensation programs for each colleague category with clear targets and reporting methods.
• Measure performance, define KPIs and provide insights for program optimization.
• Collaborate with Business Analytics to track performance against targets using dashboards and reports.
• Prepare executive summaries on attainment and payouts for BU leadership discussion.
• Lead annual Sales Quota setting by integrating financial analytics with market data.
• Automate processes to deliver consistency and scalability across BUs.
• Align with colleagues to ensure process consistency and identify automation opportunities.
• Be a thought leader and innovator for Zoetis.
