What You Will Be Doing

  • Architect and cultivate a robust $10M+ opportunity pipeline by strategically identifying high-potential districts, engaging key decision-makers, and methodically advancing prospects through your sales funnel
  • Craft customized, data-driven proposals that address specific district challenges and successfully navigate procurement hurdles to secure six and seven-figure agreements
  • Conduct insightful discovery sessions that uncover the true needs and objectives of district stakeholders, then position our solution as the answer to their most pressing challenges
  • Orchestrate all elements of complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with complete territorial ownership and accountability for results
  • Activate and expand your established network within the education ecosystem to accelerate market penetration and adoption

Strategic Sales Executive Key Responsibilities

Champion our groundbreaking learning platform across public school districts, securing substantial multi-year partnerships that create measurable educational transformation at scale while building a foundation for sustainable growth in your territory.

Basic Requirements

  • Demonstrated success with 3+ years managing sophisticated K-12 sales cycles and consistently closing deals of $100K+
  • Established and active network of relationships with district-level decision makers in Texas or California
  • Expert knowledge of public education procurement processes, including successful experience with RFPs/RFIs
  • Verifiable history maintaining a healthy $10M+ pipeline and consistently achieving or exceeding revenue targets
  • Self-directed sales professional with proven ability to independently manage the complete sales journey
  • Proficient with modern CRM platforms and sales enablement technologies
  • Current residence in Texas or California (or within a 2-hour radius)
  • Willingness and ability to conduct extensive regional travel (up to 80% of time)
  • Authorization to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
