What You Will Be Doing

As our Enterprise Sales Manager, you'll be the architect of educational transformation in your territory:

  • Orchestrate and nurture a robust $10M+ pipeline, identifying districts primed for innovation
  • Craft and champion sophisticated proposals that secure substantial six and seven-figure partnerships
  • Conduct strategic discovery sessions to uncover district pain points and architect tailored solutions
  • Own the complete sales journey from prospecting to close, with full strategic autonomy
  • Leverage your established educational network to accelerate market penetration

Enterprise Sales Manager Key Responsibilities

Your mission is to accelerate the adoption of our revolutionary AI learning platform across public school districts, establishing strategic multi-year partnerships that deliver measurable improvements in student achievement at scale.

Basic Requirements

  • Battle-tested veteran with 3+ years managing complex K-12 sales cycles and consistent $100K+ deal closes
  • Established influencer with strong district decision-maker connections in Texas or California
  • Expert navigator of public education procurement processes and RFP/RFI requirements
  • Demonstrated success maintaining $10M+ pipeline and consistently achieving revenue targets
  • Self-driven professional with proven ability to own and execute full sales cycles
  • Tech-savvy with strong CRM and sales stack proficiency
  • Based within 2 hours of Texas or California territory
  • Ready for extensive regional travel (up to 80%)
  • Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
