Qualifications

• Requires degree or technical qualification in mechanical engineering or a related field.
• Experience in technical sales or customer-facing engineering is essential.
• Ability to understand engineered products and communicate technical concepts clearly.
• Willingness to travel frequently, including international travel.
• Strong English communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new customers and market opportunities across data centers, power generation and industrial cooling.
• Build a structured pipeline and manage opportunities from initial contact to order.
• Lead discovery discussions, gather requirements and coordinate with internal teams.
• Present Hayden’s capabilities and value proposition to customers and peers.
• Represent Hayden at trade shows and industry events.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular sales reporting.
• Collaborate with Applications Engineering, Product Management and Operations.
