Job summary

Responsibilities

• Build dealer relationships and help them achieve sales objectives.
• Support and market GM Financial programs, systems, monthly incentives and rewards.
• Learn sales, service and support responsibilities for GM franchise dealers.
• Act as liaison between dealer, Credit Center, Funding and other areas to resolve issues.
• Analyze dealer-specific data and take appropriate action.
