About Us

The Menopause Education Center is bringing menopause support into workplaces across the U.S. Through innovative digital programs, trainings, and corporate packages, we help companies improve retention, reduce absenteeism, and promote inclusive, supportive cultures.

Position Summary

We’re looking for a self-motivated, results-driven closer to sell our corporate menopause programs directly to HR Directors, CFOs, Total Rewards leaders, and Benefits Buyers. This is a commission-only role for someone who thrives on autonomy, momentum, and big wins.

You’ll receive some warm leads from our speaking engagements, partnerships, and current clients to upsell but the ideal candidate also knows how to hunt and build their own pipeline, working from our ICP list and using email, cold calling, and social outreach.

You Are

  • A Sales Professional with 5+ years of experience
  • A proven closer with experience selling to senior leaders in HR or Finance
  • Self-directed and confident generating your own leads
  • Excellent at consultative selling and overcoming objections
  • Comfortable with cold outreach and creative follow-up
  • Excited by mission-driven work and high commission rewards

This Is Not For You If

  • You cannot work at least 30 hours per week M-F calling, hosting virtual meetings, emailing, pitching.
  • You aren’t comfortable building a funnel and working independently
  • You’re not passionate about helping companies support women

Your Responsibilities

  • Sell to companies with 200+ employees, targeting HR, Legal, Culture, and Finance decision-makers
  • Close deals for programs ranging from $1,000 up to $25,000+
  • Use cold calling (phone), email, LinkedIn, referrals, follow-ups, and direct outreach to build your funnel
  • Track all outreach and activity in HubSpot CRM
  • Customize your pitch based on client pain points - cost savings, retention, compliance
  • Meet activity benchmarks and close consistent monthly revenue

Compensation

  • 50% commission on all net revenue (Example: close a $5K deal, you earn $2,500)
  • Programs range from $1,000 to $25,000+, with many companies upselling over time
  • Access to warm leads from ongoing campaigns, speaking events, and partner referrals
  • Done-for-you outreach templates, sales scripts, and ROI decks
  • Full access to our HubSpot CRM with curated ICP target lists
  • Co-selling support for enterprise prospects
  • Potential to earn $5K+ per month with only 1–2 deals closed

Bonus If You Have

  • Experience in employee wellness, benefits, B2B health, or DEI-related sales
  • A book of contacts in HR or corporate leadership
  • Familiarity with menopause or women’s health challenges in the workplace
