Job summary

CMC Hotels’ Doubletree Raleigh Midtown is seeking a Sales & Catering Manager to maximize revenues in the catering and assigned group segments through account management, solicitation, and new business development. You will oversee the pre-event, event, and post-event details, coordinating with hotel departments to ensure successful outcomes.

Responsibilities include maintaining room blocks and BEOs, driving group business for meetings and events, and presenting menus and pricing in collaboration

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years hotel sales experience.
• Passion for hotel sales.
• Clear background check.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Maximize revenues in catering and group segments through account management, solicitation, and new business development.
• Monitor pre-event, event, and post-event details including room blocks, space, concessions, group resumes, and BEOs.
• Capture group business for meeting rooms and standalone groups; manage budgets and revenue targets.
• Coordinate with DOS/GM/F&B Manager to issue menus and pricing; ensure accurate BEOs and client servicing.
• Greet clients, conduct property tours, promote hotel facilities and services; supervise event setup and execution.
