Job summary

Oceanpoint Ranch is seeking a Sales & Catering Manager to drive revenue for SMERF group segments, meetings, and events. You will lead proactive sales efforts, respond to opportunities, and coordinate with operations to implement sales strategies that maximize profits.

The role requires strong English communication, client relations, and the ability to manage complex catering and event details from proposals to execution. Salary range reflects market in hospitality leadership roles in the region.

Qualifications

• Two years hotel catering & group sales experience.
• Strong English, both oral and written, with outstanding presentation and communication.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accounts to meet revenue goals.
• Solicit new business and respond to sales opportunities.
• Coordinate events, banquets and catering with hotel staff.
• Negotiate contracts to maximize revenue while satisfying clients.
• Collaborate with Revenue Management to optimize pricing.
