Job summary

Altor Solutions is seeking a Sales Account Manager to lead coordinated sales efforts across customer channels. You will drive revenue growth by developing new accounts, expanding current ones, meeting territory targets, and preparing budgets and forecasts.

The role requires bilingual English/Spanish skills, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent sales experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Travel up to 50% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, and/or 2 to 5 years sales experience; business degree and sales experience in packaging a plus.
• Bi-lingual in English/Spanish is required.
• Manufacturing industry experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other data entry/order processing systems.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales to meet and exceed quarterly targets.
• Maintain and grow existing customer business.
• Routinely visit customers within defined sales plans.
• Develop key account plans for top accounts.
• Communicate customer projects to sales and engineering teams.
