Job summary

Pilot Company is hiring for a Risk Management role focusing on safety, business continuity, and security. The candidate will promote safety awareness, plan and test disaster responses, and ensure compliance across divisions and retail locations.

The role requires certifications (BCP, OSHA 30, CSP), strong communication skills, and the ability to travel up to 15%. The position supports a risk-aware culture with weekly safety updates and incident monitoring.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or four years’ customer-facing experience.
• BCP, OSHA 30 and CSP certifications required.
• Knowledge of governmental/regulatory inquiries (OSHA/DoH/DoE).
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 15%.

Responsibilities

• Analyze division, region, and company-wide safety data to identify trends and develop action plans.
• Present monthly safety overview and incident trends to division leadership.
• Schedule training classes related to safety, awareness, and weather preparedness.
• Coordinate emergency preparedness for the Sales and Support Center (SSC).
• Assess weather status and communicate threats to operations management.
• Maintain emergency response and business continuity planning materials.
