Podium in Utah is seeking an associate recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting across functions, partnering with senior leaders to drive hiring strategy and deliver a best-in-class candidate experience.

You will fill 1-2 year roles in a fast-growing SaaS environment, craft strategic sourcing plans, and support a high-energy team at our Utah HQ. This role offers strong growth and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of recruiting experience, preferably in the SaaS space.
• Experience filling a variety of roles such as Customer Success, Finance, Marketing, G&A, and Sales.
• Strong executive communication skills and the ability to influence and guide senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for multiple functions across the business.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract diverse candidates.
• Track metrics and report hiring progress to leadership on a regular cadence.
• Lead innovative and scalable improvements to recruiting processes.
• Collaborate with Finance, People Ops, Benefits, Onboarding and Legal to close top talent.
