Podium is seeking an associate recruiter to scale our teams with a consultative, creative approach. You will own full-cycle recruiting, drive hiring strategy with company leaders, and lead unique searches while delivering an outstanding candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of recruiting experience, preferably in SaaS
• Experience filling roles across Customer Success, Finance, Marketing, G&A, and/or Sales
• Proven ability to identify and qualify diverse candidates via LinkedIn, resumes, and other methods
• Strong executive communication skills with ability to influence senior leaders
• Positive, proactive attitude and willingness to support special projects
• Think like an owner; take initiative and work independently
• Strong work ethic with urgency and results orientation

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting from strategy to close
• Partner with senior leaders to develop and execute recruiting strategies
• Create strategic sourcing plans to diversify candidate pools
• Track recruiting metrics and report progress to leadership
• Implement creative, scalable changes to recruiting processes
• Collaborate with Finance, People Ops, Benefits, Onboarding, and Legal to deliver a high-quality candidate experience
