Job summary

Jobgether is partnering with a premier company to recruit an analytical S&OP Demand Manager based in the United States. The role leads statistical forecasting, leverages Power BI, Excel, and Python-based tools, and partners with sales, FP&A, inventory planning, and operations to drive accurate demand plans.

You will transform sales data into actionable forecasts, communicate trends to executives, and mentor a growing demand management team while driving process innovations and KPI improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, Accounting, Management Sciences, or a related field.
• At least seven years of experience in SIOP, supply chain, and/or finance, with three years in a demand management role.
• Strong analytical and quantitative modeling skills to translate data into insights.
• Advanced Excel, Power BI, Python-based forecasting tools, and ERP systems experience.
• Proactive, autonomous, and able to mentor others and lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve statistical forecasting processes and tools.
• Manage Power BI visualization tools to review forecasts and apply overrides.
• Lead monthly demand planning reviews with sales teams.
• Analyze month-over-month forecast changes and communicate impacts to leadership.
• Collaborate with FP&A, operations, and sales to resolve planning issues.
• Prepare data-driven reports and present demand trends to stakeholders.
• Support supply planning during disruptions and coordinate responses.
• Mentor and develop a growing demand management team.
• Evaluate new technologies and KPIs to drive forecasting improvements.
