Qualifications

Associate’s degree or equivalent preferred.
3–5 years of experience in transportation and logistics.
Proficiency with WMS/TMS software (e.g., Manhattan).
Experience with Appian and SAP is a plus.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (intermediate to advanced).
Strong written and oral communication skills; detail oriented.

Responsibilities

Execute daily routing plans for all regions and distribution points.
Resolve external and internal routing issues.
Develop and monitor reports that measure routing cost effectiveness and software utilization.
Analyze financial impact of outbound logistics changes across divisions.
Implement improvements to outbound logistics systems and processes.
Collaborate with regions to adjust routing for seasonal demand.
Coordinate with other departments to integrate outbound logistics with systems.
Provide exceptional customer service and proactive issue resolution.
