Job summary

Rentokil North America is seeking a Dispatcher to optimize field routes and improve daily and weekly plans for assigned branches. You will analyze plans, resources, and territory data, maintain customer addresses, and report metrics daily to the Service Planning Supervisor and Branch Managers.

The role requires strong communication, analytical skills, and proficiency with routing software and MS Office. This is a full-time, on-site position with benefits starting day one.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to read and interpret business documents and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Create route plans using work order data and routing software.
• Communicate routes to service personnel within the territory.
• Summarize and review plans daily with the Service Planning Supervisor.
• Create daily summary reports for the supervisor.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
