Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Create detailed schedules and milestones to track progress and meet deadlines.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors on plans and specs.
• Allocate resources to ensure productivity and cost-efficiency.
• Hire, train, and supervise project team members and subcontractors.
• Procure materials and equipment while staying within budget.
• Implement quality control measures and ensure safety compliance.
• Serve as main point of contact for clients and manage stakeholder communication.
• Develop project budgets, monitor expenditures, and review invoices and change orders.
