You will coordinate schedules, budgets, and site safety while guiding subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to deliver quality work on time and within budget.

The role requires 4+ years in construction project management, proficiency in MS Office and MS Project, and OSHA 10 certification.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• 4+ years in construction project management.
• Experience with MS Office and MS Project; OSHA 10 training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide project manager services for multiple projects.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, and cost controls; manage invoices and payments.
• Review change orders and impact on project costs; ensure contract compliance.
• Coordinate with design professionals, subcontractors, and vendors.
