Chevron Corporation in Houston seeks a seasoned Head of Risk Transformation to build a modern risk management capability forSupply & Trading. You will lead risk systems, data, and analytics, partnering with trading to shape risk-informed decisions in a global environment.

The role reports to the Risk Control Officer, co-located with S&T, and requires acting as a senior leader guiding a distributed team across multiple locations. relocation may be considered.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering or related field; advanced degrees a plus.
15+ years of experience in energy or commodity trading risk with leadership experience.
Direct exposure to physical and financial commodity portfolios across multiple markets.
Proven track record building or transforming a market risk or enterprise trading risk function.

Responsibilities

Lead and maintain an integrated view of market, credit, liquidity, operational and counterparty risk for S&T portfolio.
Partner with trading to bring risk perspectives to transactions and hedging decisions.
Lead risk systems, analytics and reporting for market, credit and trading compliance.
