Jobgether SRL, listing on behalf of a partner, seeks a Risk Manager (Pharmaceutical Construction) based in the United States. The role leads risk management across complex pharmaceutical construction and other high-value capital projects, collaborating with stakeholders to turn risk data into actionable insights and maintain risk registers.

This permanent, full-time position offers a remote work arrangement within the United States, with opportunities to deepen expertise in quantitative risk

Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong experience delivering risk management with a focus on risk modeling and quantitative risk analysis.
• Approximately 12 years of progressive experience in high-tech, pharmaceutical, data center, infrastructure, oil and gas, or similarly complex capital-intensive industries.
• Certification such as PMI, RMP, IRM, or APM is held or pursued.
• Experience with risk management tools like Primavera Risk Analysis, @RISK, SafranRisk, ARM, Xactium, RiskPredict!, Primavera P6, or MS Project is preferred.
• Demonstrate knowledge of ISO 31000, COSO, AACE, and PMI risk guidelines.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage priorities in a dynamic environment with a proactive mindset.

Responsabilités

• Lead quantitative risk assessment workshops with project stakeholders.
• Develop realistic assessments of risk impacts and mitigation strategies in cost and schedule forecasts.
• Maintain comprehensive risk registers and risk profiles with ownership and mitigations.
• Create stress-test scenarios for extreme risk events and assess their impacts.
• Communicate risk modeling outputs clearly to teams and decision-makers.
• Provide training and updates on risk management processes.
• Apply quantitative and qualitative risk techniques to project planning and decisions.
• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders while balancing analytical needs.
• Contribute to business development by engaging prospective clients and expanding existing relationships.
• Manage personal priorities and deliver high-quality results.
