Job summary
Aon plc in San Francisco is seeking a Head of Risk Finance Consulting to set the regional strategy, lead client engagements, and connect clients with specialist broking and analytics. This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from any US Aon office.
You will lead a team of risk financing professionals, advance analytics tools like Risk Financing Analytics, and collaborate across risk consulting and broking to help multinational clients quantify and finance their risk
Qualifications
- Experience in risk financing, analytics or capital modelling within consulting or insurance.
- Proven leadership of high-performing teams across geographies.
- Strong partner management and executive engagement.
- Numerate with a quantitative degree; postgraduate or professional designation helpful.
Responsibilities
- Own risk financing strategy and regional growth.
- Collaborate with Commercial Risk Solutions, Industry Practices and Client Leadership to bring innovative risk financing solutions.
- Support business development including major pursuits and tenders.
- Develop and deploy next-generation analytics tools, including Risk Financing Analytics (RFA).
- Provide thought leadership and risk insights for client decisions.
- Build and mentor a cross-regional risk financing team.
