You will set the strategic direction for risk financing, engage with clients, and lead a team to design and finance risk solutions, connecting clients with broking and analytics expertise.

This hybrid role offers collaboration with senior leaders, opportunities to drive growth, and the deployment of next-generation analytics like Risk Financing Analytics (RFA).

Qualifications

• Significant experience in risk financing, analytics, capital modelling, or risk consulting in a professional services environment.
• Demonstrated success leading and developing high-performing teams across geographies.
• Strong partner management and influencing skills with senior executives and clients.
• Numerate with a quantitative degree; postgraduate qualification or professional designation helpful.

Responsibilities

• Own the Risk Financing strategy and growth agenda across the region.
• Partner with colleagues to bring innovative risk financing solutions to clients.
• Support business development activities and major client pursuits.
• Drive the development and deployment of next-generation analytics tools, including RFA.
• Provide thought leadership and deliver risk insights to help clients make better decisions.
• Build, lead, and mentor a team of risk financing professionals.
