You will translate complex risk data into actionable insights and drive innovative deal structures with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in risk financing, analytics, capital modelling, or risk consulting.
• Proven track record leading and mentoring high-performing teams across geographies.
• Strong partner management and ability to engage senior executives.
• Numerate with a quantitative degree; postgraduate qualification helpful.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

• Own the Risk Financing strategy and growth agenda across the region.
• Partner with Commercial Risk Solutions, Industry Practices and Client Leadership teams to bring innovative risk financing solutions to clients.
• Support business development activity, including major client pursuits and tenders.
• Drive development and deployment of next-generation analytics tools (Risk Financing Analytics).
• Provide thought leadership and deliver risk insights for better client decisions.
• Build, lead, mentoring and develop a team of risk financing professionals.
