Aon plc in the United States seeks a Head of Risk Finance Consulting to define and deliver the regional risk capital strategy. This leadership role combines client engagement, team development and innovative deal structuring across large multinational organisations.

The position is hybrid, enabling virtual work with offices across the region. You will partner with risk, analytics and leadership groups to grow the risk financing proposition and deliver analytics-enabled insights that strengthen

Competenze

Experience in risk financing and analytics.
Background in capital modelling or risk consulting.
Experience leading teams across geographies.
Strong numerical and quantitative skills.

Mansioni

Own the Risk Financing strategy and growth agenda across the region.
Partner with Commercial Risk Solutions, Industry Practices and Client Leadership to bring innovative risk financing solutions to clients.
Support business development including major client pursuits and tenders by articulating the value of Aon's risk financing capabilities.
Drive the development and deployment of next-generation analytics tools, including Risk Financing Analytics (RFA).
Provide thought leadership and deliver risk insights to help clients make better business decisions.
Build, lead, and develop a team of skilled risk financing professionals.
