Job summary

Justice Federal Credit Union seeks an experienced Risk and Compliance Manager in Chantilly, VA to lead day-to-day risk and regulatory oversight within the Risk Management department. The role drives program development, reviews, and timely remediation of issues to protect the credit union and members.

You will collaborate with senior leaders to implement controls, assess regulatory changes, and guide business units on compliance matters.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in risk/compliance roles.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Professional certification in Risk Management or Compliance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain risk and compliance program for the credit union.
• Identify activities that may violate regulations and mitigate risks with leaders and managers.
• Advise and support business units in action plans addressing deficiencies from exams or audits.
• Review marketing materials and disclosures for consumer protection compliance.
