Justice Federal Credit Union is seeking a Risk and Compliance Manager in Chantilly, VA. The role oversees day-to-day risk and compliance activities for the credit union and the Risk Management department, reporting to the Director of Risk Management.

This senior, detail‑driven position requires 5–8 years in financial risk or compliance, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent certifications, and a professional risk/compliance credential preferred.

Qualifications

• Five to eight years of similar or related experience.
• A bachelor’s degree, or achievement of formal certifications recognized in the industry as equivalent to a bachelor’s degree.
• A professional certification in Risk Management or Compliance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the risk and compliance program for the credit union.
• Identify activities and practices that may violate regulations and risk the organization; work with leaders to mitigate.
• Advise and support business units in action plans addressing risk and compliance deficiencies.
• Review marketing materials and disclosures for compliance with consumer protection regulations.
