Job summary

The role sits on the Senior Management Team and directs operations, performance management, compliance and quality, along with strategic and financial planning and special projects.

The individual will lead performance metrics, implement process improvements, and collaborate on business development initiatives to support FCCHC’s mission.

Qualifications

• Graduate-level management/operations education.
• Six-Sigma, Lean, and Business Process Improvement knowledge.
• Strong delegation and communication skills.
