Job summary

Hendricks Commercial Properties is seeking a Risk Management Analyst to coordinate policy compliance and support management of insurance programs across affiliated entities. The role involves reviewing contracts for indemnity and COI requirements, tracking invoices, and assisting with renewals.

You will partner with internal teams and external brokers to optimize risk management efforts and protect community interests in our dynamic property portfolio.

Qualifications

• Experience reviewing insurance policies and commercial contracts.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy and relationship-building.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and document policy compliance.
• Review contracts for indemnity and COI requirements.
• Track COI, EOPs, and invoices; provide quarterly updates.
• Assist with annual policy renewal process and risk assessments.
• Collaborate with internal/external partners on insurance programs.
