Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of related education/experience.
• 4+ years in risk, compliance, legal, or audit in financial services or related tech fields.
• Second Line of Defense experience in a highly matrixed environment.
• Knowledge of compliance laws and regulatory expectations.
• Ability to apply regulatory risk knowledge to consult and guide teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with and guide key business customers to identify, assess, document risks and controls.
• Address risks with new products, services, regulations, and third-party operations.
• Communicate risk results to governance committees and leadership.
• Implement risk policies, practices, appetites, and solutions.
• Coordinate responses to regulatory requirements and support examinations.
• Improve strategies and methodologies to measure, monitor, and report risks.
