Job summary

U.S. Bank seeks an experienced professional to lead enterprise fraud claims and disputes initiatives, driving modernization, risk mitigation and improved customer outcomes across the organization.

You will partner with product, technology and audit teams to translate requirements into actionable plans while navigating regulatory expectations and governance requirements.

This role emphasizes strategic leadership, governance, and the practical application of AI and automation in fraud initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years of experience in regulatory compliance activities.
• Experience independently leading large-scale strategic initiatives and complex programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-priority, long-term strategic initiatives in claims modernization and platform transformation.
• Define success measures and requirements with business and technical SMEs.
• Assess risks, dependencies and inform prioritization and decision-making.
• Support audits by coordinating with auditors and control functions.
• Collaborate across product enablement, technology, claims intake, customer service and risk teams to move initiatives to execution.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI, automation and governance in fraud initiatives.
