Patelco Credit Union is looking for a Risk Analytics & Data/AI Governance Senior Program Manager to strengthen how we identify, monitor, and report risk across the organization. This role will lead analytics-driven risk initiatives, modernize risk reporting capabilities, and advance Data and AI governance across the enterprise.

The ideal candidate combines strong analytical and technical expertise with experience in credit, financial, or enterprise risk management.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in analytics and risk management.
• Experience in credit union, banking, fintech, or regulated financial services.
• Strong understanding of consumer credit risk and portfolio analytics.
• Ability to work with large datasets and tools like SQL, Python, R.
• Experience creating dashboards and automated reports.
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau for visualization.
• Strong communication skills for executive-level discussions.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics-driven risk initiatives to identify, monitor, and report risks.
• Build dashboards and analytics for senior leaders and governance committees.
• Analyze credit portfolio trends, risk concentrations, and indicators.
• Define and improve data definitions, reporting standards, and governance routines.
• Support Data and AI governance activities and data quality expectations.
• Prepare executive-ready analyses and recommendations for management and boards.
• Improve reporting automation and documentation to increase confidence.
