Integrated Business & Technical Consultants is looking for a highly experienced Contract Specialist Consultant. This role involves providing strategic and operational support in federal contracting and procurement activities.

The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with U.S. Government regulations and support the development of cost proposals. A Bachelor’s degree and 10 years of related experience are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of progressively responsible experience in U.S. Government contracting.
• Demonstrated expertise with FAR, DFARS, CAS, and other federal acquisition regulations.
• Strong understanding of indirect rate structures, cost realism, price analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop acquisition and procurement packages and supporting documentation.
• Review and advise on subcontract agreements and vendor contracts.
• Conduct cost and price analyses related to proposal cost elements.
