Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5–7 years in supply chain management.
• Experience in reverse logistics and vendor relations.
• Contract negotiations experience.
• Ability to drive projects and lead teams.
• Strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning: develop programs to optimize returns, salvage and vendor claims.
• Oversee reverse logistics operations and performance across DCs and CSC teams.
• Coach and develop staff; manage scarce resources and budgets.
• Collaborate with merchandising, planning and logistics to improve processes.
• Negotiate salvage opportunities and drive cost savings and efficiency.
