Job summary

Healthrise is seeking an experienced leader for a consultative role in optimizing charging and coding practices across client organizations in Michigan. This role involves a hands-on approach to support client engagements, focusing on compliance, accuracy, and revenue integrity.

Candidates should possess strong project management skills and an active coding credential. The position requires collaboration with various teams to translate complex regulatory requirements into actionable operational improvements.

Qualifications

• Active coding credential required, such as CCS, CCS-P, CPC, COC, CIC, RHIA, or RHIT.
• Demonstrated hands-on coding experience, with specialty expertise in cardiology and/or neurosurgery.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed assessments of charging and coding practices across services.
• Develop structured findings and prioritized recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment.
