Job summary

LifeStance Health is seeking a Revenue Integrity Coding Specialist to join our Shared Services team, supporting Revenue Cycle Management and driving financial performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong working knowledge of CPT rules, ICD-10 guidelines, and payor reimbursement policies.

This role involves practice pattern monitoring, claim scrubbing and payor audit management. This mission-driven role is remote, with the Sr.

Qualifications

• CPC, CPC-A, CCS, or CPMA cert, or 4+ years coaching clinical coding.
• Advanced knowledge of payor audits, rebuttals, and redeterminations.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word; HIPAA awareness.
• Experience with EMRs and Practice Management Software; behavioral health knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Support RCM by reducing denials and improving DSO through audits and troubleshooting.
• Handle payer audits, rebuttals, and monitor audit trends.
• Use PowerBI and advanced Excel to identify and confirm trends.
• Collaborate with Revenue Cycle Leader to optimize upstream/downstream interventions.
• Provide monthly scorecards and contribute to continuous process improvement.
