Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Finance, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience in revenue cycle management within a healthcare setting, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of healthcare billing, coding, insurance reimbursement, and compliance standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in financial analysis and reporting tools.
• Ability to develop strategic initiatives and lead change management efforts.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations such as HIPAA, CMS guidelines, and payer policies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate all aspects of the revenue cycle across both hospitals.
• Develop and implement policies to improve revenue cycle efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
• Monitor KPIs related to revenue cycle performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with clinical, financial, and administrative teams to ensure revenue flow and resolve issues.
• Lead, mentor, and develop revenue cycle staff.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and payer-specific billing and coding regulations.
• Manage relationships with payers, vendors, and external partners to optimize reimbursement.
• Prepare and present financial reports and analysis to executive leadership.
