Job summary

Brown & Brown Risk Solutions is seeking a Manager of Revenue Analytics & FP&A to transform complex data into strategic insights for executive leadership. You will own revenue reporting, forecasting, and budgeting while partnering with Sales, Billing, and Finance teams to drive growth.

The role requires strong BI skills, GAAP experience, and excellent communication abilities to translate financial data into actionable recommendations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field.
• Advanced experience using data visualization and analytics tools to create clear reporting.
• 5–8 years in FP&A, revenue analytics, BI, or related financial roles.
• Strong GAAP experience and ability to work with multiple data systems.
• Advanced Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint skills with the ability to communicate insights to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Build, analyze, and share revenue reporting through BI tools and dashboards.
• Own recurring revenue analytics including new, lost, transfers, and retention trends.
• Reconcile revenue databases with production systems monthly for accuracy.
• Lead monthly revenue close, forecasting, variance analysis, and commentary.
• Drive budgeting and planning for revenue streams and broader FP&A analytics.
• Provide executive reporting and data-driven insights for strategic decisions.
• Identify automation and process improvements to enhance reporting workflows.
