Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; Master’s preferred.
• MBA or CPA preferred with strong business partnering focus.
• 7–10 years of experience in a controller or FP&A role.
• Proven leadership and team-building experience.
• Experience delivering projects that drive measurable financial results.
• Strong communication with senior management in a dynamic environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data presentation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee timely month-end close for defined region.
• Ensure internal controls are designed and operating effectively.
• Partner with regional leaders and CFO for planning, forecasting, and decision support.
• Prepare forecasts, annual business plans, and investment cases.
• Lead budgeting and reporting with analyses for senior leadership.
• Recruit, develop, and retain finance talent in the region.
