Job summary

Brown & Brown Risk Solutions is seeking a Manager, Revenue Analytics & FP&A to join our finance organization and help shape how revenue performance, forecasting, and business insights are used to support strategic decisions.

You will work with Executive Leadership, National Sales, Finance, Billing, and Operations to turn complex financial, operational, and business data into clear, actionable insights that support planning, performance management, and growth.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field.
Advanced experience using data visualization and analytics tools to create clear, business-focused reporting.
5-8 years of FP&A, revenue analytics, BI, or related financial experience.
Strong experience preparing and analyzing financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
Experience with multiple accounting and data systems.
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, etc.
Ability to communicate complex financial and analytical insights to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

Build, analyze, and share revenue reporting through BI tools and dashboards for leadership insights.
Own recurring revenue analytics including new business, lost business, transfers, and retention trends.
Ensure accuracy by reconciling revenue databases with production systems monthly.
Transform large data sets into practical financial insights for business partners.
