Responsibilities

Analyze and benchmark retirement-provider products and services for market competitiveness.
Develop differentiation strategies to improve products, services, processes, and technology capabilities.
Conduct market research, prepare white papers, and deliver client training on marketplace trends.
Support client work across business strategy, sales and marketing, client service, product development, technology modernization, and business operations.
Create and review detailed client deliverables that communicate findings, recommendations, and next steps.
Collaborate with Deloitte's Retirement Services network and mentor colleagues to share market insights and support team development.
