Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Retirement & Wealth Provider Solutions Consultant in the Insights, Innovation & Operate team in the United States. You will analyze retirement-provider products, develop differentiation strategies, and support diverse client work across strategy, sales, and operations.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 2+ years in financial services, with travel up to 50%. Eligible to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
2+ years of professional experience in the financial services industry.
Ability to travel 0-50% on average based on work and clients served.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

Analyze and benchmark retirement-provider products and services to identify competitiveness, strengths, gaps, and opportunities.
Develop differentiation strategies and recommendations to improve products, services, processes, and technology capabilities.
Conduct market research, prepare white papers, and deliver client training on marketplace trends.
Support client work across business strategy, sales and marketing, client service, product development, technology modernization, and operations.
Create and review detailed client deliverables that communicate findings, recommendations, and next steps.
Collaborate with Deloitte's Retirement Services network and mentor colleagues to share market insights and support team development.
