Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor's degree.
• 2+ years of professional experience in the financial services industry.
• Willingness to travel 0-50% on average based on client and engagement.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and benchmark retirement-provider products and services to identify market competitiveness, strengths, gaps, and opportunities.
• Develop differentiation strategies to improve products, services, processes, and technology capabilities.
• Conduct market research, prepare white papers, and deliver client training on marketplace trends.
• Support client work across business strategy, sales and marketing, client service, product development, technology modernization, and operations.
• Create and review detailed client deliverables communicating findings, recommendations, and next steps.
• Collaborate with Deloitte's Retirement Services network and mentor colleagues to share market insights.
