Responsibilities

• Analyze and benchmark retirement-provider products and services to identify market competitiveness.
• Develop differentiation strategies and recommendations to improve products, services, processes, and technology capabilities.
• Conduct market research, prepare white papers, and deliver client training on marketplace trends.
• Support client work across business strategy, sales and marketing, client service, product development, technology modernization, and business operations.
• Create and review detailed client deliverables that communicate findings and next steps.
• Collaborate with Deloitte's Retirement Services network and mentor colleagues to share market insights and support team development.
