Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Retirement and Wealth Provider Solutions Analyst in the Insights, Innovation & Operate team. You will support client projects with analysis, management, and deliverable creation across operations, distribution, product and tech, while helping develop market content for white papers and presentations.

The role requires 1+ years in financial services, strong communication, relationship building, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1+ years of professional experience in financial services.
• Ability to travel 0–50%, based on client needs and role.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
• External strategy and management consulting experience preferred.
• Coursework, certifications, or conference participation in benefits administration or outsourcing.

Responsibilities

• Support client project teams with analysis, project management, deliverable creation and meeting facilitation.
• Conduct market research and develop initial content for white papers and presentations.
• Create client deliverables communicating findings, recommendations and next steps.
