Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Retirement and Wealth Provider Solutions Analyst to join the Insights, Innovation & Operate team in the United States. The role focuses on delivering analyses, market research, and client-ready materials to advance retirement and wealth initiatives.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years in financial services, with travel up to 50% and the ability to work without sponsorship. Colorado compensation range is provided where applicable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1+ years of professional experience in the financial services industry.
• Ability to travel 0–50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or any time in the future.
• External strategy and management consulting experience is a plus.
• Completion of coursework, certifications, professional organization participation, or conference attendance in benefits administration or outsourcing is encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Support broader client project teams with analysis, project management, deliverable creation and meeting facilitation in various areas such as operations, distribution, product, and technology
• Support broader practice with internal business development through conducting market research, preparing initial content for white papers, and developing presentation material
• Create client deliverables that communicate findings, recommendations, and next steps to be reviewed and iterated on with practice and project leaders
