• 4+ years managing retail shopping centers.
• Hands-on experience with budgets, CAM reconciliations, and lease administration.
• Strong Excel skills and a solid grasp of retail leases and property financials.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or related field (or equivalent).

Responsabilidades

• Build and manage operating and capital budgets to drive property performance
• Prepare and reconcile CAM and real estate tax recoveries
• Oversee shopping center operations, vendors, and capital projects
• Manage lease compliance, collections, and receivables
• Partner with Leasing, Construction, and other teams to support tenants
