24 Seven Talent is seeking a detail-oriented Retail Planner to optimize inventory, plan assortments, and forecast sales for key retail accounts. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of national retail planning experience, preferably in jewelry or fashion, and strong analytical skills with Excel and planning systems.

This role requires cross-functional collaboration with merchandising, product, and finance teams.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Merchandising, or related field.
• 3–5 years of national retail planning experience in jewelry, fashion, or accessories.
• Strong analytical skills with Excel, retail math, and planning systems.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with retailer planning teams to forecast demand and manage inventory.
• Forecast demand and oversee inventory for replenishment and seasonal buys weekly.
• Coordinate with merchandising and product teams to align sales trends with product development.
• Analyze historical sales data, sell-through rates, and market trends to guide planning.
• Provide monthly performance summaries and recommend adjustments to inventory.
• Prepare post-season and ad-hoc reports.
