Job summary

Apple Inc. in Washington DC is seeking an experienced Retail Employee Relations Business Partner to advise managers and leaders within the AMR East Region on employee relations matters, ensure legal compliance, and uphold Apple policies.

You will lead investigations, develop programs and trainings, assess workplace issues, and collaborate with Centers of Excellence to strengthen employee relations across the retail organization. Some travel will be required.

Qualifications

• 7–12+ years HR experience in employee relations.
• Deep expertise in investigations and documentation.
• Knowledge of local, state and federal employment laws.

Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve complex employee relations issues with sensitivity.
• Advise leadership on critical ER decisions affecting the organization.
• Conduct investigations and assess policy violations.
• Develop and implement ER programs, policies, and training.
• Use ER metrics to drive proactive strategies and improvements.
