Apple Inc. is seeking a Retail Employee Relations Business Partner for the AMR West region.
The ERBP provides consulting and direction on employee relations for managers, leaders and employees across the Retail network, ensuring legal compliance and consistent policy application in partnership with Centers of Excellence. Responsibilities include investigations, advising on complex ER decisions, conducting violence assessments, developing company-wide ER programs, and delivering trainings.

The Employee Relations Business Partner (ERBP) provides consulting and direction regarding employee relations matters to managers, leaders and employees within Apple’s Retail organization across our AMR West Region. Key objectives include legal compliance and adherence to Apple policies is met in a consistent, objective and fair fashion that fosters the Credo. This is accomplished by a deep partnership with the Centers of Excellence’s (COE’s).
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $126,600 and $190,200, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
